Spring In Paris
P A R I S
Spring 2019.
Being so close to London, Paris is a city I hope to visit time and time again, so for once didn’t feel the need to pack too much in. Instead we spent the weekend relaxing, strolling leisurely through the Marais area and stopping for a glass of wine while watching the world go by. Very little culture this time but a few foodie recommendations below:
Eat & Drink
Breakfast at Sunday’s in Soho - queues out the door are always a good sign of what is to come. Luckily we managed to get a table but worth booking if you can at the weekend. Had a delicious avocado on toast and berry smoothie.
Lunch at Jaja - usually fairly expensive but we popped in for lunch and had the set lunch menu with three courses for £23 which were excellent. Scroll down for photos.
Dinner at The Hoxton - whether you’re staying here or not, it is worth popping in to their ‘Rivié’ restaurant. Offers all-day French-inspired dishes in a great atmosphere.
Cocktails at CopperBay - a gorgeous cocktail bar with beautiful interiors, highly recommend!
Stay
We stayed at the gorgeous The Hoxton Hotel - you can find a blog post here.
